"Piyachai was the first Malaysian to become a certified Wim Hof breathing instructor. He showed remarkable dedication throught his time with me in the Arctic and he shows the same enthusiasm now with everyone he helps to breath well and live well. I am immensely proud of his success and encourage you and your team to learn from his expertise and lead healthier, more productive lives."

Chronic stress is the common thread running through almost every major health condition your people face, and it compounds quickly. By the time it shows up as sick days, it has already been costing you for years.
Focus, decision speed, and output all suffer when the nervous system is in overdrive. Breathwork brings it back. The productivity gain is a direct result of people being physiologically calmer.
Even when the workday ends, stress does not. Breathwork teaches the nervous system to downregulate, which is what quality sleep requires. For people carrying the weight of a demanding job, that is monumental..
A regulated nervous system is less reactive. Less reactive people communicate better, escalate less, and make clearer decisions under pressure.

Piyachai opens with the science. It's not a lecture, but attendees need to understand what they are about to do and why. Most people find that part alone changes how they think about stress.
Safely guided, either sitting or lying down, the effect of breathwork is not subtle. It is a profound sense of calm your crew can repeat the experience at home!
For the full experience, teams can choose to brave the cold with their breath as the only tool. For most people, the moment they realise they can stay calm in cold water is when they realise they can overcome anything.

As human beings, we are beautifully diverse and unique. But there are also certain things we all have in common, such as lungs and the need to breathe. And it's based on this shared biology that breathwork is one of those things that truly can help anybody, regardless of your occupation, background, or life's calling. Anyone and everyone, whether you're a firefighter, a school teacher, or a corporate executive, who takes the time to learn, practice, and master breathwork will experience real changes and improvement. If you're a personal trainer, you'll start to get better results at the gym, and be a better coach to your clients. If you're a psychotherapist, breathwork can help you be a better therapist. If you're a stay-at-home mum or dad, breathwork will make you a better parent. So even though we don't know you personally, the answer is yes: mastering your breath will help you, guaranteed.
No. Many people in the room are first-timers. Piyachai builds every class from the ground up so there's no prior experience required, and no level you need to "be at" before you walk in. Just come prepared to release any anxiety and tension you have built up!
You'll be sitting or lying down for the breathing work itself, so it's accessible to most fitness levels. If the session includes cold immersion, Piyachai guides you in at your own pace. Nobody is pushed further than they're ready for.
Loose, comfortable clothing you can breathe and move in. If cold immersion is part of your session, bring something you don't mind getting wet. A towel and a change of clothes covers it.
Small, by design. This isn't a packed studio class and we cap the numbers at 12. It's small enough that Piyachai can see how each person is doing and adjust as the session progresses.
Using the links above, you'll get upcoming class times, can confirm your spot, and receive a confirmation by email. Sometimes, Piyachai holds invite-only,
or special breathwork classes, so make sure you leave all your details so we can contact you.
Yes. Piyachai runs breathwork programs for organisations too, including teams at HSBC, AIA, Maxis, Unilever, and EPF. If you are interested in a bespoke
breathwork event, contact us on WhatsApp, or visit our corporate events page here.
